Description
This is a very unique International 9 Metre sailing yacht, she was the first to be built to the new International Rule in 1907 and has since been a well-known yacht on the classic scene in both Sweden and The Netherlands.
Angödomen was designed in 1906 by Gunnar Mellgren who was a engineer in Gothenburg and as his hobby designed sailing yachts, built by the Lofholm Yard in 1907 using the finest Honduras mahogany planks (her hull today can be found in remarkable condition)
The previous custodian undertook a large refit 2008/9 at the Ventis Yard which saw a new teak deck laid, new cabin roof, underwater planks replaced where needed, frames replaced and more.
Today Angödomen can be found in storage in the Netherlands awaiting her next chapter of life and of course you would become part of her exciting history.
